Preserved pulmonary valve = No reintervention needed?

26M, ToF/DORV survivor, second surgery at 20YO for severe RVOT obstruction, surgeon did a double barrel procedue, native pulmonary valve and annulus preserved but the valve itself is bicuspid, what can be the expected prognosis?

My new cardiologist is quite impressed that my Pulmonary Valve is preserved, what is the significance? (DORV/TOF)

26M, Had total correction of DORV type TOF 3YO, Had a correction done for infundibular pulmonary stenosis at 20YO, (Double Barrel upto mid MPA),

Both surgeries were done by the same doctor, an industry veteran in my country who unfortunately passed away recently and I've been going to a different cardiologist since then, apparently my pulmonary valve has been preserved throughout my surgeries (just for context it is also bicuspid), recent echos show stable results, mild to moderate PG, Good RV function and not much dialation

What is the significance in my PV being preserved?, Also I've been seeing everyone speaking in TOF communities about repeat surgeries to replace the PV, will the fact my PV being preserved minimise my risk of resurgery and also what is the long term prognosis of having a bicuspid PV which has been also corrected for its annulus in the last surgery

Anyone with preserved yet bicuspid PV?

Do I let her pass and live her life?

So I (26M) come from a lower-middle-class household and I'm trying to build myself from the ground up. I was doing well for a while, but I recently got laid off and lost all my savings too. I believe things will improve, InshaAllah, but probably not to the point where I can afford marriage or give someone a comfortable life anytime soon unless Allah wills a miracle.

Then there's this girl I know (24F) - kind, cute, knowledgeable, and a distant family friend. I think she likes me too (or maybe I'm just reading into the body language).

Part of me wants to approach her properly and halal, through my parents, and grow together. But the other part of me feels like she deserves better. She's been an orphan since childhood, so maybe she deserves to marry someone already established and finally have an easy life.

And maybe for me, Allah has someone else written later on.

I genuinely don't know what the right thing to do is.

So I've been talking with this girl I have a crush on, know her in real life as well. Haven't confessed to her anything, just trying to figure out if she likes me back

We have occasional short conversations, a couple of times she initiated with some excuse for a genuine favor (we are distant family friends, parents know her)

Our conversations does extend sometimes, sometimes she is warm, and oftentimes the replies are cold and short, amidst all this one thing that bugs me is that she intentionally toggles who can see her profile picture and I often see it dissappear (It is often times not even her face in the DP, it's just her hands etc)

What does this mean? I'm really confused

So I was a 6h/day person and with some self constraints and apps like actiondash with it's features like daily limits I've managed to bring it down to 4h/day but no matter what I try i can't go below that (social media usage is capped at 1 hour)

Also used some launchers, they feel too restricted and makes me paranoid

Also I need to break this habit of needing to check my phone every five minute, my brain gets this weird thought of a random thing and needs me to fact check or research more about it and then I go into a rabbit hole
