Virtual Assistant input

Has anyone here hired a virtual assistant or remote freelancer to help manage the business/social media side of being a musician?
I’m a working drummer and I’ve recently been wondering how much of the non-playing workload could reasonably be outsourced.
The two things I’m most interested in are:
Social media/content: Taking raw live footage, finding interesting moments, editing Reels/Shorts, writing captions, organizing content, etc.
Finding gigs: Researching venues, entertainment companies, fill-in/sub opportunities, booking contacts, and potentially doing initial outreach/follow-ups.
I’m NOT looking for someone to make creative/business decisions for me or negotiate gigs. I’m thinking more about outsourcing the repetitive work required to consistently create content and keep a booking pipeline moving.
I’d especially love to hear from musicians/bands who have actually done this.
What did you outsource?
Where did you find the person?
What do you pay?
What worked well?
What did NOT work?
And most importantly — did outsourcing booking/outreach actually result in more gigs?
I’m fascinated by the idea, but I’d like to hear some real-world experiences before jumping in.

Wasn’t expecting this

I help manage a lake house that is not occupied all the time. We put a robot vacuum in there to help keep up with bugs, etc. that tend to plague lake houses when they are not occupied full-time. I got a notification stating that the vacuum was stuck. I went and checked on it today and this is what I found. This is a set of chairs that typically goes on the deck when the house is occupied, but they are brought in between visits so that they stay clean. I would’ve never expected the robot to climb up on the base of the chair like this. All the things that it seems unwilling to climb up on and it definitely got into a position this time that I would’ve never expected.

Bought a Robot Vac

I love my GSD. I love him EVEN MORE now that we have a robot vac. If you can afford the investment, I would suggest it to anyone who loves their GSD or has any other fury friend living in their house.

After the sting of paying for this thing wears off, I will be investing in a nice stick vac also. My conventional vac is great, my shop vac is great, but a stick vac will be added to the tool box for quicker spot cleaning and quickly ridding my truck of the insane amount of fur that it accumulates. It will increase my love of my GSD EVEN MOOOOORRRRE!!!

Everyone have a nice holiday weekend. Love on your dogs and kids. They love you unconditionally.

Hair, a follow up

I’m getting strangely used to all the hair. I do sweep the house a lot, but I’ve almost given up on trying to keep up with it in my truck. It doesn’t even phase me. I will clean it all up at some point, but not focused on it like I used to be before I had a GSD. Anyone else?

I built an in ear monitor system. Very DIY.

About a week after I built this the EAD 50 came out and put me a little bit behind the times but honestly this kicks ass and I like it.

If you have any questions or give a s€!+ ask questions. I typed up a long description before this and for reasons that center around me being an idiot, the description got deleted
