Are squat shoes any help for people who can do a full deep squat?

Hello I'm a lurker and I've always wondered about squat shoes. They have a raised heel. Is it to facilitate people who can't do the full deep squat (or the asian squat if you will) or does it help with anything else with regards to a squat?

I'm obviously not talking about powerlifters/olympic lifters, but for an average gym enthusiast who can squat with feet flat on the ground, will squat shoes help?

Question about Nate's behaviour

So I gave in and started watching Ted Lasso after being bombarded by memes and videos from the show. What I don't seem to get is why Nate became SO ANGRY at Ted? I feel like I missed something

Like he seems to think Ted "lovebombed" him and then threw him away? In my opinion Ted initiated a promotion for him. Gave him equal opportunity to share his opinions about the team. Made him feel part of the club.

He was regularly getting bullied by the team and Ted's arrival changed that. Shouldn't he be GRATEFUL? I absolutely don't understand what happened to make him so mad at Ted. It's so confusing. Any explanation appreciated.

I punched a friend in the face once, I can't help but regret it

Once when I was a wee kid, all of 15 years old. I punched a friend. Square in the face, right beside their left eye. I don't know why I did it. I only remember feeling immense rage. It didn't leave a mark, nor did it leave any damage.

Others confronted us and I remember my friend saying "it's ok, it was my fault, not OP's". Breaks me when I think about it. We sorted it out and stayed friends for 3-4 more years. And then sort of drifted apart. I can't remember if I said sorry. I think I did.

I regret it nearly every single day. Can't stop thinking about how I just could have held myself back. I am scared of reaching out to this friend because what if me going back to their life brings up past heartbreaks and pain? It's a bad situation altogether.

This friend though, they're living their best life. They have new friends, they've cut and styled their hair how they wanted to. And i don't wanna mess it all up. I wonder if my actions still make them feel hurt or pain. I can only hope they've forgotten me.

15 year old me was an idiot rage machine.

How much poop are you supposed to poop in one sitting?

Okay for clarification I just got done with a mega poop that took me an hour. I poop twice a day, usually takes me 30 min to an hour. It got me curious as to how long it takes to poop and every health article I visit is saying 5 minutes??? What??

I dug further into this and realised they're taking about one bowel movement taking 5 minutes..I average out on 2-3 per sitting. I don't feel empty otherwise. Am I not supposed to poop this much? What is a normal amount of poop? Please help me.

(It's not like there's a lot of gap between the movements, I don't strain for 15 minutes. The poop just... Keeps happening)

Edit - Guys a commenter pointed out I'm averaging about 15 g fiber a day when I should be having 25-30g. I'll try that out. I also will see a gastroenterologist as many of you have suggested. Thank you all for helping me and not judging me too much. I really didn't know this wasn't normal, nearly everyone in my family is like this. Save for my grandma.

Edit 2 - 200 people have shared my poop post. That is way too many. Who are you sharing this with?? What are you talking about after sharing this? 😭😭
