Chicago Neighborhood question?

Having lived in Chicago from most of my life, I really enjoy the variety of neighborhoods. The city has to offer. I was recently trying to find the best comparison for this, but I’m not 100% sure so I wanna ask you guys what you think.

Is there a neighborhood in Chicago that still truly blends a bit of that blue collar? Class feel with some of the more progressive trendy neighborhoods you find on the north side, specifically places like uptown or Rogers Park.

My guess would be that it’s a place like Avondale maybe Irving Park? Albany park, Pilsen maybe idk?

Other places Like Logan Square, Westtown certainly feel skewed more as fully gentrified places

Honda civic sport but “better”

Hi, I recently drove a Honda Civic sport. It was pretty fun and overall I was impressed with it however, coming from a BMW background there were a few things missing for me and it was mostly horsepower all-wheel-drive and torque.

I’m looking for a car that is essentially the Honda Civic sport but with a bit more horsepower torque ideally all-wheel-drive does this exist? As far as price range I would wanna keep it under 60,000 but I don’t wanna spend that much if I don’t have to.

I have a preference for small two medium size cars less heavier. The better doesn’t have to be the fastest car in the world, but a decent amount of power relative to the weight of the car is something I look at.

Hypothetical question outdoorsy-lite

OK, I have a semi hypothetical question for everyone and I’m curious to hear what you all think

Suppose you have about 150 K in cash reserves you decide to quit your current job and move to a new city or Metro area that that blends, both culture and outdoorsy in a balanced manner.

I jokingly mention in my title outdoorsy light because that sort of describes me. I don’t make nature in the outdoors, my personality, and I’m much rather prefer culture, but having access to nature in the outdoors once in a while is a great thing.

Assuming I have the above mentioned in cash reserves, I’d like to find a place where I can move to. That’ll hold me over while I find a new job that fits this culture and outdoorsy light vibe. Ideally, it may or may not be one of these high cost of living places, but maybe that would be my only choice I work in technologies support but I’m curious do these places exist in the US of course thank you.
