Cooked on my grill for 5 hours slow, made some Sides while it cooked , very chill

Mac and cheese ,collard greens and hoecakes!

Cheese : Mozzarella and Cheddar

Sauce : Pesto and Marinara

Toppings: Pepperoni, Char Siu, Onion

That onion was so close to ending up in the trash lol last chance

I cooked these on my charcoal grill with apple woodchips for 1.5 hours then transfered them to the oven for 2 hours .Fed 5 people, we were all very happy with the meal

Sides : mash potatoes, baked beans and coleslaw

Very loaded with anything lying around .. Bacon , ham , pepperoni, shallots, mozzarella and cheddar , marinara sauce and sundried tomatoe pesto

Dont know which one I liked more , they both were very different although they are both chicken

Amazon guy was dropping a package down and walked away with a quesadilla 😂

Amazing meal !

Made this great chicken on the grill yesterday , was even better on pizza today !
