i had my first day today, i am a seasonal TA it was orientation from 7-3. i sat through all of the videos and reading the people lead did, and then she had us do the tasks. i finished all of them but the ulearns and academy wasn't working, i never got my work phone or locker or anything this lady said she was giving me, after i couldn't get the ulearn to work i was sent out on the floor to the back garden register and basically was by myself, this old man showed me how to do one transaction and how to scan an item on the app on my PERSONAL phone and i basically did 2 hours all by myself unboxing stock items and putting them on the shelves and overstock...... i then found my team lead and she was pissed that i was sent out alone. is this normal??? am i really not going to get trained? was i being dramatic for being upset and overwhelmed no one helped me learn??
