I have an RG35XX Pro that doesn’t display anything (but you can see the display backlight on), I suspect the memory card is at fault. Is it normal for not even the charge symbol to display without an SD or with a corrupted one? Just so I can plan to get a replacement card if this is the behaviour by design. The LED status lights do come on.

I wonder if anyone can provide advice on how to tackle this - will try to keep as short as possible. We are in the UK.
On 24th December 2024, cat went in for annual checkup and vet alleges they recommended dental work and provided an estimate but we never received anything written, verbal or otherwise. Suspect that being Christmas Eve, they simply forgot to do this or follow-up.
A year later, for the December 2025 annual checkup, we came back and were advised of dental work which was done in February 2026, we have the estimates and communication for this. During that year period, no-one ever asked about dental work from the year before.
Submitted claim to insurer who denied it because they said it wasn't done in 2024/25 according to medical records. Challenged vet at length including their head office who sent back a reply saying they are unable to provide any proof of emails sent or communication made to us (nothing that would exonerate them) and won't issue a retraction to correct the claim being declined. Vet refuses to communicate further and says case closed. Also went to VCMS and vet refused to mediate (they are allowed to refuse). The claim was not massive - under £1000.
Insurer won't budge, have gone to Ombudsman with case but likely they are within their rights on the T&Cs because of the incorrect information vet put in medical notes.
What path of recourse do I have with the vet and how should we proceed? This has been going on for months now. I have sent them an (LBA) letter saying we intend to take legal action if this is not resolved as it's not just the initial claim but also future dental work.

I’m on a cruise ship, the internet is paid for but some sites are blocked as is VPN access. I have an exit node configured on my Tailscale and it works after connection for 1-2 minutes but then stops without warning and traffic stops getting through.
Tried both my own exit node (a Windows 10 Plex server) and my friend added me to his Tailnet but same issue with his exit node.
Tor works fine for accessing previously blocked sites but brings its own issues.
