So today is the last date of payment of counselling fees, i have gotten alloted the SRM modinagar cse with the scholarship
The counselling fees for me rn is 94k so if i currently pay it. And later ask for refund, how much would I get and if there's anything deducted. Cuz somewhere a senior said they give complete refund including that 10k extra.

when i did campus visit, i asked the counselor about the cgpa maintain criteria, her reply was "under the rank of 500 we provide scholarships that'll automatically be there in your portal, the cgpa criteria is only valid for ktr campus" does that mean i don't have to maintain the 9cgpa in ncr campus?

Fees wise gl bajaj< abes< jss < SRM< Jaypee. Much inclined towards technical branches. Also pls suggest anything else if you can

So you must have noticed popular good colleges like kiet etc, became autonomous first and then converted into a university. So recently I went to a known professor at jss and he told me that due to aktu colleges couldn't increase their fees. Which was overall less profitable for them after investing in labs, classes and facilities. So that's why colleges are turning into private university now. Jss and kiet have already formed a university. And he stated that most probably by next year Abesec and AKGEC will also reform themselves as university.
What is the condition of JSS, is it a university rn or one can also get admission through UPTAC?
What's the fees is higher in uni. What's the admission criteria then after becoming a university?
Since I have already given Kee and submitted all my details in my application form. I have not heard from the admission department. I called and got to know that the min required for PCM is 90% in kiet for btech cse? Is it true? Isn't that supposedly high? Expecting 86+ in KEE
I applied and gave kee on 14 may, expecting 85+ score. But didn't hear from kiet after that. No mail nothing, about marks - 4.8lakh rank in jee, overall 81% cbse. Just PCM 69%. I really don't know what to do. Other options for me are SRM, vit(bhopal), gl bajaj, abesec and jiit.
I just saw a email from kiet, they are asking me to attempt mock test till 13may 11am, but when i login through the link, the web version of site is opening and i cant download the code tantra app. I can only access it 30min before my official test i.e 14th may. what should i do? Should i download it through github?

I can get kiet as per rank. But I also Gave srmjee and viteee. In vit i can get bhopal/AP campus (cat1) but it's too expensive (20lakh+)
But in srm I am getting 75% scholarship in srm gzb campus. And 90% scholarship in srm AP campus. But my parents are still forcing me to go to kiet or any other local clg. I'll be a day scholoar for Delhi ncr clgs. What should I do. The fees for kiet and SRM gzb is similar but for SRM AP its around 11lakh total.

What's the conditions of mess and hostels in srm. I am getting 90% scholarship at SRM AP, my parents are still forcing me to join either SRM delhi ncr campus or some other college near it.
To convince them and confirm my decision I'd need some more details about this clg, like hostel, mess, overall acadmics, placement, and if it being independent from srmist makes any different? Please any help would be thankful.

Still they are reluctant as they are saying the scholarship is just a trick and they'll later deliberately give less cgpa just to not let me renew it. I haven't filled my choice preferences yet. And really don't know what to do.

Other options I have are some AKTU clg which are state affiliated clg in Uttar pradesh. Or vit bhopal/Ap which idk they'll allow me or not.

So in srm University i am getting 75% scholarship, if i consider the gzb branch, the total btech would be around 6-7lakhs, the fees is similar to many other aktu colleges that i am getting in my rank (GL bajaj, ABESEC etc).
What to consider? SRM or aktu
