I got diagnosed with bdd today
I finally have an answer for the way I’ve been feeling since I was about 10 years old,I got officially diagnosed with BDD today.
Just wanted to share it with you guys. It’s honestly such a relief to finally have a name for it after all these years. ❤️

I keep getting stared at in public but have never once been approached. It’s starting to really bother me. I’m worried people are staring because my face looks uncanny, weird, or just “off” in some way.
I put up some recent photos of my face
Does my resting face or facial expression look strange/unapproachable? Is there anything about my eyes(my eyes are kind of naturally squinty and my friends sometimes ask me if im high even when im not), expression, or general vibe that might make people stare but not want to approach me? Do I give off awkward or off-putting energy through my face alone?
