Is drcc and remaining with bank loan not possible they told me you have to take all 7L from bank only

I took addmission in btech my college fee is 7 lakhs I want to know if I apply for bscc loan for 4 lakhs am I able to apply other fee by any bank by taking education loan I'm so confused or else I should take 7L only through bank

Yaar mujhe koi normal sa college bta do mai waha pdh lungi thik se I'm from bihar 52 percentile in JEE and 76.2 percentile in 12th mainse comedk diya tha but waha jane ka aukaat nhi please kuch to bta do mujhe ai-ml lena hai niet shi lga tha but sb keh rhe bakwas hai dtc bhi shi lga kisiko pasand nhi wo aur IILm bhi thik tha but usme bihar government ke through paise jo.milte hai 4L wo nhi de rhe smjh nhi aa rhaa koi aur college hai kya? Please exam ka mt hi bolna kafi exams de diye hai paise bhi nhi bche etne ab🙂
