I have been playing duelistpool in ranked (when I can, but I flex the role as needed) but I genuinely feel like he has more of an impact when you get his upgrades online. This is coming from a primarily tankpool player.

It just feels like you can apply so much more pressure so much sooner. I normally go tankpool but last night I locked duelpool specifically (I got tired of getting negative DPS every match) but that whole night was back to back wins just putting up numbers. I went from gold 1 to plat 2 last night just playing him.

Maybe my aim is just poopie but I can't seem to get that same pressure on tankpool, I can get value by existing where I'm not wanted and forcing a team to turn around but duelpool I can consistently get picks. Are there any tips for tankpool that maybe I'm missing?

I tend to flank deep on tankpool and poke at the backline from off angles, try not to die often, pressure the backline when I hit the ban hammer ult and get a pick, I bubble to cut off supports from their tanks. Iunno. I think they are both solid but duelist just feels more fun and more of a threat.

Hear me out, this Deadpool doesn’t have his teleporter belt… yet.

But with nightcrawler coming, it would be the best time to give him a teamup with a teleport that acts similar to the Magik teamup for BP where it just takes him back to where he was a few seconds before.

I’ve been reading the Joe Kelly run and I think it’d be cool to see Deadpool with his teleporter again.

I still genuinely cackle when I hear the ult stop and the KO prompt hits my screen. Just the other day I watched a psylocke dash when they were just about cooked and the just keeled over mid dash and it cracked me up. I love that ult.

I don’t wanna equip lightborn but it’s starting to seem like my only option. I literally can’t break pallets without a survivor waiting to flash me. If it’s in a loop and I want to remove that resource because it’s a good one to take? Too bad now I’m blinded and they’re gone. I’m still new and I’m learning how to mind game but I swear everything I try doesn’t matter. What is the tip for this?

Explain to me as a new killer why people are saying the game is survivor sided? Is there a certain MMR where you start to see the problems?

I run gen regression perks and I’ve been gen rushed maybe once, but I typically can get everyone to 2 hook and sometimes 4k other times someone gets away. I’ve been targeted by a bully squad one time. Other than that I’ve had a pretty fair experience.

That being said maybe I’m not in the rank where the problems start to show, which is why I’m looking to understand. I play springtrap which as far as I know is still a solid killer so that may have something to do with me not having trouble but I also play scratched mirror Myers.

I’ve been away from this game until Jason was announced and in the PTB so I’m just trying to get caught up on what’s going on with the balancing and stuff.

Edit: also does getting a 4k affect your MMR compared to say getting everyone to second hook state but people escape? I never notice and I know that I still get a similar amount of blood points either way.

I think right now I have Myers teachable, wraith, springtrap, and chucky.

I need more teachable perks so I can mess with more builds but I don’t know which ones to prioritize. Any advice or recommendations?

So yesterday I hop on and I wanted to try and figure out a stealth springtrap build to jumpscare survivors. First few matches are nothing crazy, I get one team where the survivors just blast through all the gens so I didn’t have much time to try any spooks.

(Side note how do you guys get so many perks? I have a lot of perks that just do the same thing)

But then I got my first like actual bully squad (I’m pretty sure at least) Just not even doing gens, following me in chases, if I caught someone going in one of my doors they were all waiting for me outside the door for a flashlight stun (I was not aware of this one so it definitely caught me off guard), trying to body block hooks, dismantling them, dropping stuns at generators, T-Bagging the whole nine yards.

Lowkey it was miserable at first but I managed to turn it around and got a 4k on them and it was cathartic ngl. I don’t really know how I managed it I thought for sure I was cooked cuz I don’t normally play for kills and I’m aware that I’m still relatively new so I’m not that great. I play for fun and spooks.

Has anyone else noticed this? The noise it makes drives me nuts. The best example I have is say there’s two CnD ults that overlap each other, so standing in it you are taking both a bunch of damage ticks but also healing through it, and his passive will just repeatedly trigger making the noise but not actually going on cooldown. It’s a small nitpick but good lord there’s already so much happening and the noise is super loud sometimes.

I don’t know who in the dev team saw the issues people had with black panther and said “I have an idea, make him but even more impossible to kill”??? Why does this woman have I-frame abilities, wall hacks, portals, invisibility, and anti CC. Who made this character and thought it was fine? I stg a good black cat just runs a match and makes it impossible to get anything done because if you peel she just oop dash across the map oop dash oop now I’m invisible and now your supports are dead.

There’s a lot of skins coming out that are part of a different event like two seasons ago, I wish they’d theme the seasons and release all of the skins themed after a certain thing. Like savage land is all broken up, we’re still getting more formula R skins, we’ve gotten like two space outlaws skins. I want to see the whole sets come out in a nicely themed season.

I just want to see what they were playing him like. I feel like there is something I have not been getting right with his gun gameplay style. But I don’t know. Wanted to see how the pros used him.

His melee batons count as towards his gauntlets of Thoth upgrade. It seems to have a little more range than his punches and goes nutty when speed boosted. I prefer the baton animations just cuz they look cooler so if anybody else does as well just know they work the same as his punch.
