Extreme outbursts whenever I get low scores

I’ve noticed that I always get EXTREME outbursts of anger or sadness whenever I receive low scores. This affects me so much cause I would feel so worthless.

I really need advice on how to deal with this. My friends and classmates have noticed this too and it can be so frustrating and embarrassing. I’m already experiencing severe academic pressure and now I have to be self-conscious of the way I react to my scores cause it could affect the people around me.

Stop normalizing toxic teachers in the Philippines

It’s hard to stay motivated in studying if you know your teachers hate you or don’t care about you. Some Filipino teachers are actually one of the reasons why school life is so miserable.

I work really hard in school and i often try my best even if my mental or physical abilities aren’t great. I also never break the rules and i have never received any direct punishment, but it’s useless if you cant reach the same level as your teachers’ favorites.

It’s also crazy how so many teachers i’ve known are used to gossiping about students. Have we forgotten about professionalism and ethics? Is there anything moral about destroying a student’s image, especially to their peers?

Filipino teachers are getting worser every year. How can the students of my country improve if teachers don’t want to put the effort and if they influence us to normalize gossiping, being lazy, and draining yourself in schoolworks?

We really need to stop normalizing the immaturity, unprofessionalism, and laziness of our teachers. Back then, people used to complain about how strict and unforgiving teachers were—now, we’ve normalized the childishness of teachers because it makes them “chill” or “funny”.

How do i stop maladaptive daydreaming?

I usually start daydreaming whenever i’m bored, sad, and happy, but mostly whenever I’m depressed. Icl it does make me feel better but it takes up 85% of my whole day and it can be so distracting and exhausting.

My episodes are mostly me listening to music and walking around pretending that I’m in the scenario or imaginary life that I’m daydreaming about.

I want to stop this cause I might look like a lunatic to my loved ones or to someone that I will co-live with lol.

How can you fix loneliness?

I’m young and introverted. I have some friends but they all have their own lives and they’re always doing nice hobbies. I tried looking for more friends but they almost always end up as creeps. I don’t have the time and freedom to find new and outgoing hobbies as well.

I just feel like i’m stuck in this constant feeling of loneliness. I feel like an empty husk of the life that i could ever dream of having.
