I have a Nutone exhaust/heater/light fixture in the ceiling of my bathrooms. Last week, my wife used the heater (like she always does) after getting out of the shower. It worked fine. The next morning, we went to use it and nothing. So I ordered a new fan/heater assembly (the heater and exhaust fans are separate units with separate switches controlling them) but in the meantime I took the heater out of one of the other identical units in another bathroom. I worked once, no problem, the didn't work this morning. The new one came in, but I don't want to install it without figuring out why the previous two worked once, then not again. Also, neither died during use... they were fine. They just didn't work the next day.

Last note: they all plug into their own 110vac outlets within the fan unit. I plugged the exhaust fan into the heater outlet and it worked, so the outlet is fine. It's definitely the heater / fan assembly.

Has at least two pods inside, with what look like developing bodies. What kind of wasps are these? Is it recent? Are there possibly more? Should I be worried? I am in Delaware. The Pods are about the size of a vitamin pill or Tylenol capsule

Got a text this morning that a limited amount of tickets were available for both DC shows. I logged in at 10:00am, but both showed sold out. Then I got another text around 11:00am that said the incorrect link was given boy Ticketmaster, so try this new one and voila! Two tickets. Very psyched!

With the AWB hopefully being shutdown and the M14 permanently being converted to semi-auto by CMP, will I be able to buy one? If it matters, I'm a CCDW holder.

I'll be interviewing for a Senior Production Mgr role for a company that manufactures medical imaging equipment. I already did 2 telephone interviews. This will be a four person panel, about 2 hours, in person. Should I wear a suit? What kind of questions can I expect?

This is a pretty big step up for me and I want to do well.

Are there any to avoid? Are they generally safe (people or wildlife)? Do they have bathrooms and showers?

I have a Freedom 2 installed in an AGV SportModular carbon fiber helmet, running through a bluetooth module in my Triumph Street Triple. The music doesn't sound bad, but the phone call quality is terrible. Whoever I'm speaking to says the sound is highly distorted and cuts in and out. I have a feeling the boom mic is too close to my mouth because there's not a lot of room in the helmet. But that might not be the only problem because even when I'm stationary and have the chinbar flipped up and the mic further away, it's still not great.

Also, the unit doesn't connect to the bike's bluetooth when I power everything up. I have to put the Freedom 2 in discovery mode, then it connects.

Any suggestions would be very appreciated!
