I’m currently installing both on my iPad and iPhone with the same Apple ID account and since the beginning until now ipad runs smoothly but on my iPhone im constantly having all sorts of problem, UDID, pairing file, max certificate etc… every now and then, i am just wondering does this 1 Apple ID in 2 devices causing all these issues? It’s really frustrating, each time some error that pops up on my phone when trying to refresh sidestore i need to spend several hours to deal with it. Removing pairing file, reset pairing file, placing new pairing file etc, such a hassle.

It started 2 months ago by losing the Bose not for sound touch skill in Alexa causing the soundbar not able to command the tv for basic commands.

Then today Alexa totally didn’t even respond and when i checked the Alexa app it keeps showing the soundbar is offline like it was just cut off like that from communications. I did restart soundbar relogin Alexa and tried to unlink but it got sucked there and doesn’t move on. How can i get Alexa to recognize my soundbar again so i could command it for tasks again? Any solution to this?
