LV Imagination out online FYI

Imagination is out online. I called the concierge. They told me that my store in DC had it and I told her I tried to order it online and she looked it up. In fact it is unavailable online and she had to order it for me through the concierge service. Just fyi , if you need a bottle the stores have them , only way to buy it online is through the concierge service.

LV store fountains are out of imagination

So as you may know, you can’t get a direct store number. You only get customer service for that store. So you can’t really find out what fragrances they have in stock to refill. This is the second time in a week. I have gone to two different LV stores, and they have both been out of imagination with no information on when they will be restocked to refill. This is in DC/ Northern Virginia. Has anybody else had this issue in the last couple of weeks apparently it’s nationwide from what the LV Associates told me in the store. Just seeing if anyone else has any other information.
