Consolidate IRAs? Or not

So I'm in my early 30s, have 4 Traditional IRA + 1 small Roth IRA accounts, 2 of them are invested in the same fund. I’m wondering if I should merge them or not? Or if it’s not worth the hassle and just withdraw the balance and eat the 10%fee + tax.

I'm currently thinking at moving Schwab into Robinhood since it's a 1.5% match on transfer right now. Planning to keep the funds in SGOV in SGOV because I don't trust the market right now.

I have my employer's 401k account not listed, it's my primary retirment.

Traditional:

Robinhood: ~ $5000, all in SGOV

Schwab (technically a Simple IRA): ~$1,500, all in SGOV

IRA 3: $7500 (robotrade, has done well so probably not moving this out)

IRA 4: $15,000

Roth:

Fidelity: $400

Any help or thoughts are helpful.

Thank You Sonic!

So I went to sonic to get a large cherry Dr Pepper and some Mozzerella sticks during happy hour... And when I get there, the drive thru speaker tells me it will be a 10-15 minute wait to order.

So I just want to say thanks to Sonic for making me realize I didn't need the calories nor to give them my money.

Oklahoma’s Needs this Offseason

Now that there is no more softball this year and they for some reason decided to stop the season after super regionals, let's discuss needs. (/heavy sarcasm) Congrats to the teams who made it (except Texas) and let's go Nebraska!

Im sure Oklahoma fans want to discuss what we have coming back, what we need, and so forth.

Seniors leaving and huge congrats to them on their contributions:

Isabela Emerling (1B), Sydney Berzon (3rd Pitcher), Kierston Deal (Avilable pitcher), Abby Dayton (LF), Ailana Agbayani (2B)

Incoming 2027 Class (I'm stupid and skipped the 2026 class initially)

  • Juliana "Goose" Hutchens (Catcher, #1 Overall and from Wagoner, OK) she's a HR bat like Kendall Wells.
  • Finlee Williams (OF, #1 OF, #3 overall)
  • Emma Reynolds (4 star Middle Infielder)
  • Riley Hilliard (Catcher, #2 Catcher overall)

Here is 2026:

  • Keegan Baker:  pitcher Edmon Oklahoma.
  • Ki'ele Ho-Ching: infielder.
  • Jerrell "Ori" Mailo: catcher/infielder from Kapolei, Hawaii.
  • Malaya Majam-Finch: utility player from Fullerton, California.
  • Ella Kate "EK" Smith: infielder from Katy, Texas. No. 8 overall player
  • Payton Westra: utility player No. 2 overall

Notably there is a lack of pitchers. So without this here is my Needs for the Sooners this year in order of importance:

  1. An on field emotional leader leader. At times this year the team just looked shell shocked and there was no one to rally the troops, get the energy going and get back to the game. Gabbie may have started to step into this Sunday. Maybe Nelly will be her when she comes back.
  2. 2 good to great pitchers. We all know our pitching was good to great but never crossed into great to elite this year, no arm was good enough to be relied on soley and it seemed more times than not we needed a couple bullpen changes to save games. IMO we need a up-down pitcher and a left-right pitcher to stretch the zones.
  3. Stop living by the HR ball. We need to get back to solid finding the gap hitting, getting on base and passing the bat. Home runs are fun but they lead to a feast or famine mentality and the pop ups are demoralizing more than the HRs are helpful.
  4. Filling in gaps left from transfers. As is tradition you can expect about 3-5 to leave this offseason. I won't speculate on who in the post. But safe to say 2-3 will be those looking for playing time.

confirmed transfers: Tia Milloy, Berkeley Zache, Riley Zache

Leather vs Hybrid Soles

So I'm likely buying a new pair of boots today, the main purpose is for a somewhat dressy appearnce, something I can wear to clubs or bars. I want to try my hand at line dancing as well.

It appears leather soles are the move. But I'm not sure if they are suited for clubs / bars that can be more casual and also for walking on sidewalks and stuff. So any advice / generals rules would be be appreciated. Thanks!

Seagate leads memory sell-off as CEO says it would 'take too long' to build new factories

It feels like this is Seagate saying either they are too late to the AI game or they believe that lemon has been squeezed dry already.

I'm currently in the cash is nice to have mode. So I'm exploring my options on taking my points.

My annual fee renewed a couple months ago, got a retention offer with some bonus points. Now I'm thinking of extracting value from it. Realistically, I'm not looking at traveling this year. So what's the best move to get the cash out?

A) Apply the Schwab card (I have a small Schwab IRA). If approved, cancel the platinum. open a brokerage and invest in SGOV.

or

B) Create a banking account and transfer at the 0.8 ratio instead of the 1.1 ratio.
