2023 performance trim with 19k miles for $34,400 otd should be around $38k

Looking to put down down $5k-$7k.

Currently prepping for upcoming loop interview for area manager in socal for next week. 3 interviews total. I’m coming from retail leadership postion store level at Target with about 6 years of being a leader in that position.

My recuiter sent me a list of 9 LP that area used and relevant to the position and focus will be on those or at least the questions will come from those LPS.

Also on a prep call the recuiter mentioned that its rare when the interviewers deviate and ask about the other 7 LPs but suggested to still have a story just incase.

Anyone who has recently gone through the interview loop or conducts interviews can give me advice on what to expect in terms of amount of questions that will be asked.

I understand each interviewer will focus on 2-3 leadership principles so should I expect 2-3 questions only per interview with detailed responses and follow up questions from the interviewer, or 4-6 total questions? Possibility that they only ask one question relating to one lp but ask 2-3 questions about another lp until I give/demonstrate the LP in my story? There are stories that I have come up with that can be used to answer several LPS with some minor tweaks.

If ya’ll remember someone the questions asks that would be nice too

Recruiter mentioned that they were aiming to fill the role by Mid-Late August.

I applied on early July and had the initial “phone interview” on July 14th where she went over the role, the scope, salary, and hiring process 3 parts.

She mentioned an initial interview followed by an interview with HR, followed by an interview with the territory manager.

She did say that it would take anywhere between 1-2 weeks to hear from her but to contact her earlier if I wanted for updates, I did but have no heard back.

Is the process always this slow? The position has not been filled but no longer accepting applicants. “This position has not be calibrated or closed” message shows up, I checked my application and still active and in consideration.

Anyone know if the process is generally this slow moving?

Almost every store on dicks website has 2-5 openings for captains, specialists, and asm.

Post assessments and offers looks like half of leadership roles per store became available due to demotions, not accepting new role, or simply choosing to leave roles vacant for external hires?
