iOS 27 beta watch issues

My watch and phone are no longer synced up fully. When I hit start workout on my watch, nothing happens on my phone, but when I send the workout from my phone to my watch, it updates my watch. During the workout, when I log sets on the phone, it updates the watch. So there’s some communication happening, but they’re not on the same workout time or break time or anything like that. Not sure if this is just a beta issue or if others are experiencing sync issues with their watch?

Motivation to exercise gone after quitting

I’m about 6 weeks into quitting after being a long time consistent smoker. I’m through the worst part of the physical withdrawals and my sleep and mood is stabilizing. Thank God.

One thing I’m struggling with is that my motivation to exercise is almost completely gone. About four years ago I got heavy into fitness and had done some sort of workout nearly every day prior to quitting. It was almost a compulsion. It was rare that I was exercising while high, but I was smoking almost every night.

I guess I had the naïve idea that I would actually be more motivated to exercise, but that just hasn’t been the case.

It’s frustrating because I feel like I’m throwing away all that hard work I put in over the last four years

For those that have experienced this, how long did it last? What did you find helpful for getting back on track?

Decommissioned water well

I own a house that was originally on a well and later connected to the municipal water. I have this random open pipe in the backyard with a valve on it that I’ve always assumed was part of the old well system. Recently, I’ve noticed that it trickles water out of the top even when the valve is closed. When I open the valve, the water flow increases, but doesn’t seem pressurized at all.

In years past, I opened the valve and no water would flow at all. I’m wondering if this is just changes in the groundwater pressure?

Is this something to be concerned about? Is it possible that the well was not decommissioned properly?

Any insight would be appreciated thanks

I know that Square is constantly changing things, often for the worst. As a bar that runs a ton of tabs with private clients, I used to invoice open tickets directly to the clients. The invoice would have an itemized list of all of their bar purchases and was a great way for us to get paid. Now the only option is to send a payment link, and there is no itemized list of what they are paying for.

Has anyone found a workaround that returns most of the functionality that we used to have? It really is such a pain in the ass.
