Budgeting for basement simulator

I have an approximately 13" wide by 16" deep by 11" tall area in my basement that I want to install a golf simulator room. The area is currently unfinished.

I'm looking for some guidance on how much to budget to setup the system (including install cost) not including the PC and the simulator unit. I already have a trackman IO.

I'm thinking I'll need the projector, screen, padding for the walls, ceiling, turf floor with removable hitting mat.

Can't remove window screens

I just had Hunter Douglas window treatments installed in all my casement windows. The window screens are on the inside. The window treatments are all inside mount.

Turns out, now there is no way to remove the window screens because the bracket for the window treatment blocks it. Is the what usually happens with casement windows and inside mount window treatments? Should my designer have warned me about this?

This seems like a huge safety hazard in case of fire.

Adding urethane on top of polyaspartic

Anyone with experience adding urethane on top of polyaspartic? For an outdoor patio, I am considering using a torginol hybrid flake and thought a more matte finish would look better than high gloss.

After speaking with Simiron, they recommended applying polyaspartic, waiting for it to cure, sanding, then add a high wear urethane coat. Is this a bad idea?

Unilock with easyclean

Anyone have experience with unilock easyclean pavers? I'm interested in beacon hill smooth and wondering if easyclean is worth the extra cost? The pavers will be for a walkway and patio.

Torginol Hybrid flakes

Any experience with using Torginol Hybrid flake colors? Torginol recommends doing a double broadcast to ensure full coverage due to the hybrid blends containing different sizes of flake. I'm wondering if a single broadcast would work if its for a covered outdoor patio.

Looking for recommendations for an everyday grout cleaner. Too many bad/harsh cleaning products out there and I'd hate to use something damaging.
