What filler is this between flagstones? It's like a white cement or mortar and need to buy more.
Had a repair done but don't know what was used to fill gaps between flagstones. Anyone can identify it so I can buy more.

I had a section of patio worked on and repaired and now I want to match the cement color, white colored for the rest of patio. How do I buy this particular cement to be used between slate stones in garden patio?
I'm in Northern California on the Bay area peninsula, so year round mild climate. I have what I believe are carpenter ants going into an opening near the roof eaves. I am wondering what exactly they are doing and how to rid my house of them. All I can really see is this exudate that they leave dripping down the house siding. I don't know much about these critters but one theory I've read about is that they feed on dry wood termites, so I must have an infestation of dry wood termites that I should deal with. There are no roof leaks, so condensation could be the cause and it appears to be just one corner of the house with this problem (which was new construction years ago, so possibly also the materials were infected, but I don't know really).
My intuition tells me I should have that section only of the house 'bombed' with something that will kill the termite infestation and then the carpenter ants will leave the house alone. Idk, any suggestions?
Reposting this. There are these little openings the critters go through and their nest is no longer in the same place as last year as I destroyed that carpenter ant colony back then. A pest control company say I must reveal them before they can do anything. Unless I can find their new paths and the new nest, I don't think I want to go destroying any walls that are perfectly OK otherwise. I have an endoscope but no success figuring out where they go once they penetrate from the outside, which the ants seem able to do where ever they want if I try closing any of their entrances.
Old hard drive PC. I just want to know Why?? I have no tools, not even a USB stick, but I maybe can find a large hammer. I should have created a new admin account I think to remove existing account but I did not think of that , so just waiting. Need to get it to the junk yard.
