Charged over can’t refund

Been charged £21 for a days travel despite being in London and on an oyster with a railcard. There’s no option to refund as there’s no incomplete journeys.
What can I do?
I went to take that last week and I guess a tap was missed somewhere. But to be charged double is crazy

Rabbit refused food. Slightly improving, awaiting vet appointment

Our 5 year old rabbit suddenly stopped eating properly last night. She refused pellets and even her favourite Fibafirst stick. She was loafing and sleeping a lot but wasn’t hunched, her tummy felt soft and she kept grooming herself.
Overnight she’s eaten some parsley, leafy greens, a little hay and we syringe fed a small amount of pellet crushed with water. This morning she’s eaten half a Fibafirst stick, more greens and a bit more hay. We’ve also seen a few small poops but have separated her to monitor properly.
We have a rabbit vet appointment later today, so we’re not looking to avoid taking her. Just wondering if there’s anything else we can do to encourage her to keep eating until then or if anyone has had something similar where their rabbit gradually improved before being seen. Thanks.

Also she seems comfortable. She’s loafing and flopping when sleeping. She’s stil exploring round and chewing things. Just a bit more lethargic. There is also a heatwave where we are right now.

Can I chase this?

I know you probably get this all the time and it hasn’t been that long but I had this really important irreplaceable parcel due to come Friday. Didn’t come. Didn’t come Saturday and hasn’t come today. It got to Croydon depot but never made it to my local one. Is there anyway I can chase up on it or give it a little nudge. Like I said it’s irreplaceable.

Forgot my card colleague was rude

I forgot my discount card today. I had seen other colleagues who have too and they add it manually so figured I’d be okay. I did a big shop as it was a Saturday. I got to the TIL and a colleague was just about to enter it manually for me then another one came up and stopped her. Didn’t allow the discount to be added. I then said I won’t bother then because the amount that would’ve been saved was significant. She then refused to take them as put backs and forced me to put them all back myself.
Is this actually correct what she’s saying? Also I just felt she was so rude and dismissive of me and treated me as less than her even though she’s just another colleague.
Idk if I’m being soft. I’d just done a 6 hour shift starting at 3. I was in my uniform.

Transferring

Just accepted an offer at a different store to my current one. The manager knew I didn’t really like it. Will I be expected to do full 4 weeks notice? The roles don’t interfere and managers are happy for me to do both for now but old manager hasn’t said anything about how long til I can leave that role
