itchy estrogen patch?

anyone else struggling with their estrogen patches being SO itchy? i am having a hard time not scratching the patch off!

is there a better placement than rotating between each side of the butt? that is where my doc told me to try, but it’s been pretty miserable.

maybe patches aren’t for me? did anyone else switch to a different form of estrogen?

updating grandpa with dementia’s will after his son unexpectedly passed (CA)

This is for California: My grandpa has a will that named his son power of attorney (and also has directions on how to spread his ashes upon his passing) but his son just unexpectedly passed. My papa has dementia and hasn’t been on speaking terms with his daughter in many years. I’m not sure where I’d even begin to try to help him update his will? I’ve offered to be medical power of attorney (I want nothing to do with distributing estate/money) and want to make sure his ashes are spread where he wants them. If he has dementia does that automatically mean he can’t change it himself, or if he speaks with an attorney, would they help point us in the right direction? Thanks for any insight, I truly don’t know anything about this process.

iOS — drop down notifications disappeared (App version 2026.19.9)

I’m not sure what happened, but the drop down notifications in the app seems to have disappeared. I used to see it pop down telling me the number days I’ve had on a streak or when I won an achievement, but now it’s gone. I’ve checked all the notification settings but this isn’t about getting notifications on my iPhone, just the ones in the app. I also tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but that didn’t work either. Not sure if anyone has had this happen or has a suggestion to fix it?
