ideas for animal-free milk?

i'm going to buy some of the strive animal free whole milk which has fermented whey protein and am trying to think of the best ways to use it. there is no casein so anything involving curdling is out. i'm thinking soups and chai would be good to try, maybe pasta sauces? anything that would really benefit from the presence of whey or different flavor from the plant based options

Possible to make paneer with Strive animal free milk?

does anyone know if it would be possible to make paneer with this animal free milk? the whole version contains whey protein but not casein and i'm wondering if that would be sufficient to make paneer since it seems like the curdling process involves casein.

eucalyptus oil burn on face

Standing bust went down but cup size went up?

so i've lost ten pounds since january and according to the calculator used to be a US 34DDD (with suggestion of 36DD as an option for comfort). my bras recently starting feeling slightly too large in the cups so i remeasured and got the following:

loose underbust: 34

snug underbust: 33.5

tight underbust: 33

standing bust: 39

leaning bust: 41

lying bust: 38

new size: 34G

i don't have my old measurements but i do remember my standing bust used to be 40.5 inches, so i'm just perplexed how it can go from 34DDD to 34G when my standing bust went down?

lunate edema/cyst after closing door too hard

this happened back in february, and after repeatedly angering my wrist with weightlifting followed by a couple weeks of rest i recently got these images taken and am going to be in a brace for a month :) it's not especially bad but i do think it's funny that it was from closing a door

People who have only been able to find one BC option they can tolerate

i'm just curious to hear if there are other people who had to go through a ton of different options before finding one that they could actually tolerate and what it was? i've personally gone through monophasic COC, Ortho evra, nuva ring, Mirena, paragard, Slynd, Opill, Natazia, and Nextstellis and have at this point given up. i really liked Natazia actually because the only side effect was constipation but after eight months i developed fibroids and cholecystitis and had to have my gallbladder removed which my GI attributed to the BC :(
