My 2010 c30 d5 needs a front lower control arm, and a top mount but at opposite sides. I am just wondering how easy it is to do? I have done suspension on a peugeot before but looking at the volvo it seems a bit more complex. I am able to do the control arm easy, it’s just the top mount i am most concerned about. If i was to get a garage to do it, how much would it cost?
I’ve just bought a 2010 c30 d5 (2.4 diesel) r design as my first car, don’t want to do crazy performance mods, but will probably settle for a cold air intake. Not particularly fussy about the actual performance gains, just more interested in the sound. Any good recommendations? And does does a B5 sound good with one?
I’m looking to get the volvo c30 d5 r design at 114k miles, guy won’t take any less than 4k. good service history and owned by same guy for 13 years. but its just had its mot and got these advisories/ minors.

been looking at a 2015 one for my first car coz 8 can get insurance for just under 1.5k no black box. Would be getting one at 60k miles and in good nick. Don’t want it to empty my pockets to keep it running.
