18M
Hello,
My right testical is 48x27mm, and left 40x23mm, measured by a doctor (endocrinologist) and she said small size difference is normal.
When calculating the volume using the standard medical formula for testicular volume (Lambert's formula), the estimated volumes are:
- Right testicle: ~25 ml- Left testicle: ~15 ml
EDIT:
I miscalculated: the more accurate measures are 13 (left) and 18.4 ml (right)
I visited another doctor today at my health station, and she insisted that it is normal, and called it a ”small size difference”.
They also couldn’t feel anything abnormal when they physically examined my balls.
Some additional context that may be relevant:
My puberty started late, exactly when I was 14y 9mo old.
My balls used to be same sized in early puberty.
My semen has always been very clear and liquid.
I did get a sperm analysis scheduled today though.
Thanks in advance!
I don’t think I jerk that much that it’d affect the cum quality. So that can’t be the reason
I’m not sure if I have ever got one.
I can get hard pretty easily tho, even from just thoughts.
Teenagers only please. I want to know how common these are among people around my age. Thanks!
I’m asking bc my dih points middle or little down and I always thought it would change in puberty. And now my puberty is almost done, I doubt it’s going to change anymore :(
Is 14 nmol/L total testo (reference range: 10–38) considered bad for a late teen? I read that testo is supposed to be at its peak at my age. I’m almost 19, and my puberty started at ~15.
My prolactins and SHBG are fine.
My LH is slightly elevated: 8.7 U/l
Hi
I am almost 19 years old male (with delayed puberty, which started when I was ~15), and I was wondering, is 14 nmol/L total testosterone considered low?
Other relevant hormones:
LH: 8.7 U/L | Reference Range: 1.3–8.4
SHBG: 27 nmol/L | Reference Range: 18–54
Prolactin (total): 227 nmol/L | Reference Range: 86–324
Prolactin (biologically active): 163.4 nmol/L
Prolactin Recovery: 72%
I have also noticed tiredness and depressed mood from time to time. I also never get or have gotten spontaneous erections and morning woods are often weak and inconsistent.
Thanks in advance!
