I was given a mic & when i plug it in i don't hear anything. I'm using obs & there isn't any sound registering . I'm almost positive it's user error, but wondering if anyone knows what the issue may be. On the website, there's a list of mic recording supported deck, mine isn't on the list yet it has a mic input. so maybe i just need an additional program or something?
Also I'm new to all the only a few months in, so my bad if this is a goofy question
So I guess this is the first time I have exceeded the record time and it rolled over. Started recording a new one yet. Didn't save the first half. I don't know what the time limit is because I either missed it or it was never stated. So I'm wondering if anyone knows what the time limit is or is it like a file size limit or something? I just don't understand why it wouldn't save then rollover
Out of nowhere the program has been continuously crashing. I did all the steps I found on the website but nothing works. Anyone having this issue or a solution?
Since I have so many ducks on my dashboard sometimes co-workers bring me some that they find. The duck with the hat is officially the coolest one I have in my collection and he's black! 🤣The green one is funny to me because I love ducks with wonky eyes

So I got a new computer and tried to transfer everything. I thought I followed the steps to a t but it definitely did not transfer correctly. I have to reanalyze a lot of stems and all my color tags are gone even though a lot of my crates are partially intact. Anyone know what I did wrong and or how to fix it?
I'm trying to find the properties settings for stream elements for the browser source. I saw it once but can't remember where it's located anymore... I'm new to using stream elements & obs

Greetings, so I work at a car junkyard and today I came across a very heavy crate of albums which seem to be a DJ's collection as there are a lot of singles they're numbered and some of them have the DJ's name on it. The covers are very dusty and a bit moldy from being out in the elements for who knows how long. Although thankfully all the albums look quite pristine. so I'm wondering besides wiping them down what I can do to preserve the album covers and clean the mold if anything?
"The make audio available to others application" always becomes unchecked whenever I close the program. Is this just the default action? Or something wrong?

So I'm fairly new to serato and DJing and I just realized that a lot of the songs that are 70 BPM are incorrect. So I'm wondering if that is a default that serato goes to when it can't figure it out? Or what other things could be causing that
I'm setup & ready to stream. I would like to live stream on twitch & YouTube, but got hit with copyright strikes within the first 15 minutes (on YouTube) about in hour in they shut it down completely. I'm not even doing this to try to get monetized. I want to play online so I can have some fun & get feedback. How do I go about this without them hitting me every time. I also got a message from twitch saying something similar, regarding playing copyright material.
