Who else is ready to quit after the whole Power of M update?

Marriott recently updated their front desk reservation systems and per usual in our modern times… it SUCKS!

Fosse was perfect. I could find everything, I could charge, refund, move rooms, book rooms, sort reports by specific things etc…

The new SPOG and STAY systems are flat out garbage! I am ready to walk out the door and never look back. Whoever made the decision to get rid of Fosse needs to be fired immediately and publicly shamed.

For the guests: it used to take me 30 seconds to check yall in. The past 2 days it’s probably been an average of 5 minutes. There are too many steps now and so many pages. Almost every guest I have checked in has seemed irritated and frustrated with the long checkin time. Please blame Marriott corporate for this ridiculous system. I am trying my best here, but I don’t know how much more I can do

Did Jon Rothstein ever give Nebraska fans a 1 hour happy hour for winning a tournament game?

I don’t recall ever seeing that happen, and we all know he said he would do it.

Best Fried Shrimp in BCS?

Craving some fried shrimp. Store bought shrimp is mid. I’m looking for some good fried shrimp. Any suggestions would be appreciated and I will try them out!

And preferably a bigger portion. I went to Cotton Patch and it was like $20 for 8 teeny tiny shrimp.

Any chance of getting movie posters from the Theaters?

I’ve gone to see Disclosure Day like 6 times the past couple weeks, I just can’t get the movie out of my head.

I was curious if either the Cinemark or the IMAX theater in Bryan ever give out the movie posters at the end of a theatrical run, or if they ALL go to employees, even the smaller movies?

I’ve had such a great time and visceral reaction to this movie, I would love a poster to remember the time I had here

Best all you can eat buffet in the Greater Houston area?

I have not been to a buffet in a decade or two and would like to go to one for old times sake.

I don’t mind a drive. I am looking for something GOOD or at least decent anywhere from College Station or Conroe, down to Pearland or Galveston.

What is THE best all you can eat buffet? With lots of options like several different meats, fried foods, lots of fruit and more.

If you have multiple favorites, I’d love a top 3. Thank you.

Best all you can eat buffet in the area?

Haven’t been to a buffet in over a decade now. I want to go for old times sake. Just pay 20 or so dollars and eat 7 plates of fried food, or orange chicken, or pizza, or all of the above.

Any recommendations? Looking for the best one

This is without even the Lucas Museum or Disney World (never been). I don’t think I can justify $4,000 on this experience to see stars from across a room.

Do yall think $500 is fair for the hotel prices or will they be ridiculously higher? If I can get it to just under 3k I might consider it.

And no I’m not staying at one of those smaller hotels a few miles away, I read the reviews on a lot of them and…yikes
