Miles being a "non-canon" anomaly but still having "canon events"?
Anyone else find it dumb/annoying that Miguel tries to force these so-called "Canon events" onto Miles Morales while still berating him by saying that he's not canon and not supposed to be a Spider-Man in the first place?
Like if he is not supposed to be Spider-Man and the Peter Parker of his world has already fulfilled all the Canon events then why does smiles also have to go through the same stuff? It just doesn't make any sense is he cannon or not?
Edit: just a little bit I forgot to add in but this is either foreshadowing or a massive plot hole. Either way, Miguel is wrong in some way or another when it comes to miles and maybe preventing his father from dying won't actually do anything.
Also another note: when Gwen says she's scared about falling in love because “in every other universe, Gwen Stacy falls for Spider-Man. And in every other universe, it doesn't end well". Hasn't she already fulfilled her Canon event of the "first lover dieing" because she and her peter parker had swapped places in her canon causing him to be "Emma Stoned" instead?
