First time Areogardener, just looking for advice to not overload my garden with too many tomato plants. I think 2-3 seeds have sprouted and I feel like I should remove one, but unsure when

When I first moved here, I didn’t have friends so I would go out and just find cool, random artsy weird shit happening, it was awesome (see video, taken at the City Reliquary Museum in Oct 2018). Now I have friends and am old and tired, so I don’t get out near as much.
I want to make an effort to get out again and find the cool weird shit happening in Bk, but when I try looking things up it’s just Atlas Obscura posts and such. If anyone has suggestions for places like the City Reliquary museum or websites where people post their strange events, please let me know!
We are nearing the end of the preorder season and I probably don’t want to buy the game at full price if I’m not preordering it. How long will I likely need to wait for a discount?
