Tripod identification question

Hello, apologies that I don't have better pictures. I'm looking to buy a Toyo 45G with this tripod attached to it. Apparently this tripod "is worth 250 €"... I was just wondering if anyone could identify it, as it will be included with the purchase anyway.

Edit: just curious about the brand, if it's some random junk, I'll tell them to keep it, it'll make it cheaper/easier to ship if the tripod isn't worth it.

How much could a helicopter ride cost, $10?

You guys get it, you're all westerners... Who hasn't gone on a vacation across the world with a 3rd tier Russian model, and then taken mediocre pictures of her while *really* focusing on the helicopter?

She just doesn't get that I'm mechanosexual, it's not odd that my 9k € camera doesn't capture flattering pictures of *her*, that's not the point... Airbus helicopters and the growing cylinder in my pants are the point.
