Here’s one for the Reddit brewers collective, I came across an old recipe (early 1900s) and was wondering if anyone can help read the cursive and decipher the ingredients. Thanks
Malt (base malt)
Grits (corn?)
Caramel and Porter malt (caramel 10 and brown malt?)
Sugar (No idea)
Wort hops (bittering hops)
??? hops (No idea)
Wheat (wheat malt)
Balling (Plato)
Edit to add this is a Wurzburg pilsner recipe.
