A rise in commercial minutes today

I ran Sleepaway Camp on Pluto's on-demand menu today.

After 13 minutes of commercials yesterday, there were 19 minutes today, a rise of 6 minutes. That is a big rise the day after a big drop. It's unpredictable, but at least we have not broken 21 minutes so far. Have a good evening (including if you are watching the USA soccer game), and hello from northeast Ohio. :)

And hopefully, the Friday The 13th movies will be returning to Pluto tomorrow, because it will be the first day if a new calendar month. Have a good evening, and cheers from northeast Ohio! :)

Commercial minutes were up today, and a subtle format change.

I ran Sleepaway Camp on Pluto's on-demand menu today.

After 15 minutes of commercials yesterday, there were 20 minutes today, a rise of 5 minutes. Oh well, back to big-time minutes with the start of a new week. It will eventually go back down. ... Also, for the last week, I noticed while watching the movie, that Pluto's transitions of the scenes in the movie, relative to when they take their commercial breaks, are better; until recently, Pluto would go to a commercial break a few seconds before the scene transitions to the next scene. Now, they are waiting until the transition before they go to a commercial break. This is better! Tubi has been doing it right for quite a while, and now it appears that Pluto is doing it right, too. Also, when the movie ends, instead of Angela's face abruptly disappearing, it now slowly fades away, which is also better. ... Have a good evening, and hello from northeast Ohio. :)

The commercial minutes were up today, and a note about an acquisition

I ran Sleepaway Camp on Pluto's on-demand menu today.

After 18 minutes of commercials yesterday, there were 20 minutes today, a rise of 2 minutes. This is a few days in a row with a rise, but at least we are not back at the 21-minute maximum.

Also, Fox will be acquiring the Roku streaming service early next year. This will mean that Fox will have the two most-watched free internet streaming services, as they already have Tubi. Pluto is the third-most watched free one, and it is in the Paramount family, the owner of CBS. Have a good evening, and hello from northeast Ohio. 😄
