Trying to use ach to send from pnc. Need help

Hi. I have a pnc chkg acct and want to send a donation to a theater company. The development rep said I can ssend it by ach or mail. I have the routing number and acct number

I went to my online acct tried to add it on bill pay as payee and all it asks is for acct number, no where to put routing number. I then tried to add it on transfer and it said pnc would send verification deposits to the theater acct that THEY need to respond to. Not sure if I can do this easier?

Personal cloud added to my bill without my knowledge. Anyone else?

I happened to log in to my acct and saw personal cloud had been added and was charged for it.

Spent about 20 min on phone trying to get the AI to give me a rep. Once I got a rep they reversed charge and removed it.
