These are my legs, diagnosed stage 3-4. I wear compression wear almost every day. If I dont my legs get very heavy and painfull, no fun!

I used to not want to wear my compression wear with dresses..but why not?! To prevent it from sliding down i use a skinglue, specially made for compression wear
