For any HSC students awesome hack trust

sorry that this only specific to Australian Year 12 Students but best ever hack TRUST

i have ADHD and i hate starting assessment tasks because not only are the tasks themselves usually super vague but i usually start out with 0 understanding of the topic because i don’t listen in class. BUT THERES A WEBSITE acehsc.net and ive discovered that if ever i cant do this task i dont know how to start i just search in acehsc (scroll to bottom click on HSC resources and then scroll down again and theres a little search bar and a table) and then instead of “starting” i just read as many of those as i can because its less boring. and then when i read the assessment task it makes more sense and then i have a basis to go off. freaking awesome am i right. peace and love

I need reasons why immortality is bad and worth getting rid of

HELLO I am writing a story. In this story the characters are dead but immortal. The “antagonist” big bad guy sort of invented a heaven/hell adjacent place in order to prolong life/human consciousness. The problem is he’s sort of crazy and it leads him to do EVIL THINGS. ahh oh no. Now my story idea is as beautiful and perfect as I am humble. HOWEVER after fleshing out every other event and twist I have realised the perfect most poetic ending would be if the good characters purposefully ended immortality. And while I know in my heart of hearts this would be an incredibly powerful ending you guts just gotta trust me there. I PERSONALLY am a firm believer that personally I would LOVE being immortal. And i’ve read up on some anti immortality arguments but they are all reliant on the subject being the ONLY immortal person. You’d be sad and miss your friends. You’d have to watch the world burn. THAT DOESNT APPLY HERE. they are in a place in the sky where most people go when they die to become immortal. And the antagonist made everyone immortal for a good cause he just snowballed into doing evil things for what he thought was right. SO what is a good heroic or just solemnly necessary reason for my protagonists best or only option to be ending immortality for good. HELP ME OUT

I am writing a story where the main character is a young girl with healing superpowers in a war setting. She is the only character in my story with any powers and it is supposed to be set in the real world (her having a power being the only anomaly) how can i keep the powers from seeming gimmicky or silly or taking away from the serious, grounded and horrific tone i’m trying to give my story? thank you legends help me out
