Breakfast with my queen.

Breakfast with my queen.

I cooked hash browns, eggs, and breakfast sausage and poured some OJ and had breakfast with Mom today. I hope she liked it ❤️

New to using affirmations.

So I just barely started robotic affirmations on June 30. As I write this it's now July 9. Here's the situation, I'm trying to get my ex back. We haven't communicated at all since July 9, 2025 (exactly a year ago to this date). I'm blocked on everything. She lives in a different state. I believe the love is still there in both of us. We truly had a strong connection when we were together. We broke up when we were nearly at our 2 year anniversary.

I started listening to Sammy Ingram and started looking into robotic affirmations here on Reddit. I started doing robotic affirmations on June 30. I started doing them more the following day. Well, yesterday, July 8, I decided to try to do RA as much as I can with my daily goal being 1000 a day. Yesterday I did 1000. Today I did 2100. Also, today while I was doing my 2100, I would throw in other quick little affirmations.

So, I'm honestly skeptical about this, but then I'll read so many success stories. Sammy says to keep doing RA no matter what because it always works, this is why I decided to do 1000 a day.

The reason I'm able to do 1000 or more a day is because I'm a truck driver, so I just sit and drive all day. It's easy for me to say my affirmations during my work day and count than with this old school counter (no phones or apps for me for this 😊). And yes, I literally do say them out loud since it's just me in the truck.

Sammy said pick 2 affirmations MAX for RA and commit to them. So my primary affirmations that I will do minimum of 1000 daily are: "(SP name) is obsessed with me" & "(SP name) is texting me right now"

The other affirmations I'll throw in really quick are different things. Some examples of them are: I'm the best at affirmations, what I affirm will always manifest, I'm the best guy in the world, I'm worthy of SP, I love myself, SP is mine, SP loves being with me, SP is my girlfriend, I am the love of SP life, SP loves me so much, SP is reminded of me all the time, I'm a magnet to SP, I am successful at everything, me and SP are creating a stronger foundation than before, me and SP are successfully resolving our issues, me and SP have forgiven each other...and so on and so on.

There was no beating or cheating in my relationship with her, things just ended up dissolving rapidly over the course of nearly 2 months.

So what do you think? Any pointers or tips? Honestly being that I'm committed to doing 1000+ a day makes ME feel like I'm the one obsessed. Whenever I start thinking any negative thoughts regarding my situation with her, I immediately start saying my affirmations. Whenever I'm laying in bed, or anywhere else I can't speak loud, I'll just think my affirmations in my head, but I won't count those towards my 1000 a day lol. I try to affirm for most of my day.

Thanks!!
