I've a very soft heart and cry super easily; and I'm tired of seeing it as a weakness!

So my lecturer made me cry today for the first time in these 3 years of university~ I'm someone who is cries really easily and I grew up being quite embarrassed of it; I got it from my grandma. But part of me feels like it can be a strength in its own way; isn't it kinda beautiful to feel others' emotions as my own? I feel like it should be a superpower. A long time ago I decided that I would be defender of the weak and downtrodden, only for life to throw me a curveball and for me to end up being the "weak". Funny how life does that. Well, fortunately, I've the foresight to realise that it isn't a good idea to publicly post my whole history on here but if you can relate, feel free to message me if you wanna be friends. I'm F25, feel more comfortable being friends with fellow girls. God bless!
