A customer gave me this Rolex

So I have been doing work for a customer for a couple of years now and he was very appreciative of me helping him out all the time. So he told me he is going to give me something for always helping him. I told him not to worry about it because the work he gives me alone is a big help already But he insisted. So I met him a couple of weeks later and he gave me this Rolex watch. I know these are extremely expensive and I'm not really a watch guy so I thought it was probably fake but but I took it just for the generosity. Just wondering if any of you can confirm if it's real or just a replica. If it's fake I'm still going to were it regardless because it was a gift and all I mostly were are G shock watches lol.

Found another xbox one x at goodwill

Went to goodwill and saw this xbox one x sitting in the front glass desk area. I asked the lady if i can look at it and they wanted $250 for it originally. I told her why is it so expensive aren't these around 10 years old. She told me they go for $500 retail then i told her you are probably getting it mixed with the newer system. So i thought if it's brand new in the box then myabe it's worth it but no it was used and she said the manager doesn't even know if it works lol. So the manager walked up and said it's been sitting for a couple of days there and I told him if we can test it I'll buy it but not for $250. He then grabbed the box took it to the back and put the AS IS sticker on the box and a $40 price tag. He told me just take it as is and if it's broken your not losing much. I was willing to pay more for it if he tested but it looked like he was to busy so I just payed the $40 and left. It was missing all the cables but I have a bunch at the house so I plugged everything in and it's working perfectly. The controller feels brand new and the system is in good shape just alot of dog hair around the box. Funny thing is I purchased another Xbox one x a couple of weeks ago in this same goodwill but it was broken so I was a bit nervous with this one lol.

My father bought sega and Playstation 4 systems at a garage sale

Got a text message from my father showing a picture of of a sega game gear and a deamcast from last week. He also got a Playstation 4 with a controller and a bunch of games. Tested the game gear and it seems to working fine but the dreamcast sadly looks like it can't read disc. He only paid $40 for everything but I'm probably going to keep the game gear since I never really had one growing up.

My father found this old CRT at his job

So I told my father if he ever sees those older CRT TVs anymore to let me know because I may be interested in one. He told me there might be one that has been sitting at his job site for the last 15 years. So the other day he sends me this picture of the TV and I told him to see if they wanted to get rid of it and he said they do but it's hanging in the ceiling and nobody wants to bring it down lol. Do you guys think it's worth the drive and Labor taking this TV down? I'm interested in it for mostly my vintage gaming set that I'm trying to start

Found an xbox one x at goodwill

Went to goodwill the other day and saw a xbox one sitting in the front. When i first grabbed it i thought it was just a regular xbox one s but it was actually the X version. This actually the first time I seen the X version of this console. There were only asking for $10 for it but it had the As is Tag on it so i took the risk because it came with a controller that was in good shape and I thought the controller alone was worth it. Sadly it seems it's not working correctly when I plugged it in. It turns on and the white light shows up but it turns off by itself every 5 to 10 seconds. Wondering if it's worth trying to fix this myself or just sell it for parts or myabe It's a simple fix that someone here knows

Bought this strange vintage crt/monitor at a goodwill

Was shopping at a goodwill and saw this strange crt tv sitting in the back. I don't usually come across crt tvs to often so when I saw these for only $5 I took the chance and bought it. It's in very good condition almost like new but nothing pops on the screen when turned on and it doesn't have any standard ports a normal television has. Just seeing if anyone here knows about these old tvs.

Found some pretty good games at the goodwill

Was goodwill shopping the other day and found some games taped up for $4 to $5 each bundle at the front desk. Never knew they made a castlevania fighting game for the Nintendo wii so I was pretty exited to play it. Also the fatal frame game is pretty expensive when I looked it up online. Never played the fatal frame games was always a resident evil and silent hill guy so I'm going to try it out to see if i like it. Everything came out to be about $21

Found this oboe instrument at a goodwill

Was at a goodwill and saw this case and instrument sitting on the front of the store. Ask the the lady if she knew what kind of instrument it is and she told me it was a flute. The quality of the instrument looked good so I bought it for only $20 thinking not much of it. When I got home I looked more into online and it says it's an oboe which I never heard of before. Some of these can be pretty pricey so I was wondering if anyone here know what exactly I got here

Was at a garage sale last week and saw a bunch of pokemon cards sitting on the table. I was the first one there and and I immediately grabbed and looked through them. Someone else was right behind me breathing down my neck as I was looking through the binder and box. I don't collect or really buy pokemon cards so I had no idea what i was looking at but she wanted only $30 for everything so I took the chance and bought it. The guy that was watching me told me that most are fake but offered me $100 as I was walking to my truck lol. I told him I don't really collect them and I'm probably going to give them to my sisters kid and he looked pretty upset lol. I'm going to look through these when I get home today but i was wondering if you any guys think these worth anything or fake like he said.
