Hardstuck Plat 3 Divisions 1-4
Hello! I have been stuck in Plat 3 for about 7 months now. How can I improve? I have attached a replay where I thought I played inconsistently. What can I work on? I feel like I play really inconsistently, where some games i play well but others i dont. Thanks for helping!

Pad buying question
Hello! I am a goalie that is getting new pads ( as the title says). However, I have a question. Last season I wore some Bauer M5 Pro’s, but am going to switch to either CCM Eflex 6.5s or True Catalyst 7x3s. Which ones will feel most similar to my Bauers? Also i use a very low stance, are these the right pads for it? Thanks for the help! For context, I play high school hockey.
