Moved out here from LA and the one thing I haven't been able to find is the fried fish spots that are every where out there. Basically fried fish and shrimp with fries that have a sort of new orleans type of flavor. are there any out here?
I was thinking about it today and so just follow me for a minute...
imagine a country wants to attack the US, and so it plans a long con. it starts by calling every American phone number multiple times about car insurance. every one just hangs up. and they do this for years, evolving until they basically fill our lives with spam calls of all different types. for years they make 90 percent of our calls useless. and little by little every American starts ignoring calls. we start blocking unknown numbers, and overall only answer calls in our contacts, otherwise we either ignore or don't even see the call because of blockers.
One clever spam method they have is to mask the number. so it looks like the call is coming from somewhere else, or the nimber looks so similar to yours that you get curious and answer then hang up in frustration. so why couldn't they eventuallu use those masking skills to change the incoming calls from your contacts? suddenly your contacts never make it to your phone because they don't show up as a contact so they go to spam. and this would be a great time to plan some malicious shit because a big portion of the population would not communicate for at least a few hours without knowing why no calls come in and why no one answers your calls.

I moved about 5 months ago and remember Perry's joint was opening a new spot near Vallarta on Lincoln and orange Grove, but the sign was up for a long time and never saw it open. if it's not open, does anyone know what's going on with that location? curious if it's a new location or if they are moving their current one.
looking for recommendations on good Chinese restaurants. I'll take the fast food mom and pop spots but ideally I'd like a sit down with a waiter type experience. bonus of they have good dumplings! thanks
I'm new to Palmdale and since day one have had issues with my address because of the way the street names are set up out here. I'll use as an example, if my address was:
123 west Avenue O 4
anytime I fill out my address online I get asked if I meant :
123 west Avenue O #4
as if it were an apartment. The shitty thing is Google maps defaults to the wrong address unless you correct it. because of this, so many deliveries and service techs or whatever always end up at the wrong house. I now find myself constantly having to explain in detail where I live to anyone coming to my house. am I the only one going through this? this shit is insane!

Just got my lymow and I want to set up a zone that is only accessible from my first zone. But Lymow wants me to create the zone from the base, and as soon as I step into the first zone, it marks the channel complete and stops creating, so I never get the chance to go all the way to the second zone. Am I missing something? I guess I could delete the first zone and start from scratch working on the farther areas and slowly create zone closer but that seems like a lot of wasted time on the zones I already created. hoping theres a work around I missed.
