Need help picking a wedding guest dress!

Okay sooo here is the dilemma: I heard it’s not good to wear red to a wedding! The only reason I have this house of CB dress in the first photo is bc I thrifted it and it’s the only formal dress I own! I also don’t know which dress would suit me best. The wedding is a month away (don’t yell at me they decided to get married in two months!) and I’m freaking out trying to find a dress I will feel good in anddd comfortable. I love the style of these dresses but they are stinkin expensive! Does anyone know where I can buy resale or rent one of these? I’ve looked on marketplace, depop, poshmark, mercari, lolll… Does anyone have any dupe recommendations or any similar dresses to these? Please help I think I would have to order this week to get it on time or i’m so screwed! 😭

The wedding will be outdoorsy, at an AirBNB. I wasn’t given any more information on it 😗 This is an Indian/Pakistani wedding, but the brides (my fren) family will not be wearing traditional clothing or anything like that so I will also omit. I will say I am excited to see the other guests attire, all their clothes are incredible 😫
DRESS CODE: Formal (My friend told guests to wear whatever they feel comfortable wearing bc she is a sweetie :,) but I would like to wear a formal dress anyhow )

Prohibited colors: red, white, baby blue

Lightweight (long lasting) foundation recommendations needed

I really want some good quality foundation that feels like skin and doesn’t crack, streak, or is too patchy when I apply. I do skin prep and have been using the becca primer (i on,y have the sample size!) but don’t have a foolproof routine down or the best products lol. can i get some recommendations or maybe routines in the comments with result pics if yall would be so kind 🥹 . What should I prioritize investing in? Its for wedding guest makeup and it’s only a month away!!!

Products Im using rn is:
Maybelline FIT ME foundation in fair ivory
NARS pot concealer in Madeleine
Airspun loose setting powder

Seeking advice for base makeup - patchy concealer and foundation!

I'll start this post by saying I really don't like foundation BUT this is guest wedding makeup and I really just want not to get red in the face for pictures lol and my bags mess with my eye makeup looks 🫩! I I just want to be able to cover the redness in my cheeks, my pores, my bags, and add some dimension to my face smh. I haven't found a good foundation, I have the FIT ME foundation by maybelline but if i even do much as lightly touch my face it's superrr streaky, i've applied with a brush, sponge ect and with the airspun setting powder it's even worse... The concealer I use is Madeleine by NARS. I did a makeup trial with the goal of trying to see the longevity of the makeup and seeing if it will crease, it sort of did but not too much when I put the setting powder on it. My bags are super hollow and it's even more noticeable when I put on concealer 😭! I don't know if I should use any skin makeup besides bronzer, blush and contour. This may sound strange but I have a super round face so when I put on foundation and concealer, I feel like it makes my face look even puffier. Even worse when I smilee. It's really messing with my self esteem and making me anxious for their wedding because the bride wants me to do her makeup too. I don't want to fail her! The last two pics are me without any foundation or concealer on. Please save me lol!

Product list:
- Concealer: Madeleine by NARS (no color correction underneath) & Elf concealer in fair rose
- Foundation: Fair Ivory by (Fit me) Maybelline
- Loose setting powder: Translucent by Airspun
- Bronzer: (Cream) Hot shot by Morphe and unknown powder bronzer
- Blush: Desert pink by bobbi brown
- Highlighter: Anastasia (unknown shade, comes in a lil tub as loose glitter)

Skin prep:
- Washed face with nuetrogena hydrogel wash
- Micellar water on Tzone
- Toner pads (unsure which brand) on T zone
- Vanicream
- La roche possay toleraine double repair cream
- La roche possay Roselaic cream as color correcting cream for redness

Hair stylist suggestions

Honestly looking for a hair stylist that charges 200 or less for a balayage. I understand I have a lottt of hair but 380-450 is crazy in this economy. Would it even be possible for me to find a stylist that is more cost effective? Since they're already using a lot of product 🫩 I was thinking of maybe going to a beauty school that takes in clients but am also scared of getting messed up lol. You get what you pay for I suppose. Does anyone know of any affordable stylists in Dallas preferably in Garland, Mesquite, Rowlett, Richardson area?

hello everyone! i have always believed in the magic of energy and witchcraft since childhood but i find it hard to keep my faith strong in the spells i do, especially since i am a STEM student lol. however, i know second guessing spells can affect the results of any spells i do. what are some things you do to to keep your mind clear or any tips on how to yield better results when doing spells/hexes?
