When Andy answered and Ken ruled it correct and repeated his response, I was happy.

It's happened before where my cloud DVR won't record it and then at least I can look up final, check the categories, daily doubles, etc.

I got there a few minutes early, I'm waiting. Right as the time for pickup hits I get a notice that the order's ready. At that point I asked about the order again. She says I'm waiting on protein. I said okay. I'm just curious, I just got a notification that it was ready. Yeah I hit complete, she said, because it was about to show late in my system... 5 minutes later, she hands me the bag. My AR usually hovers in the single digits so it's not that I obsess over stats, but as far as customer ratings and on time- I do pretty well. I've gotten a couple of ones and had no problems getting them removed.

This four seems like it's going to stick... Support, up to a supervisor, said the system would not allow removal. Perhaps if I was in a tier, it would be possible. That's not going to happen. Why do I care? I don't know
