Throughout history only 1 goalkeeper and 3 defenders have won the Ballon D’Or as they are always overshadowed by offensive players because of their goal scoring while defenders don’t get good enough notice for their goal stopping. It is extremely hard for defensive players to actually get recognised because everyone only looks at goals, skills and other attributes. Just my take though

PSG - 24/25 - First UCL win and dominated the final 5-0 against a pretty decent Inter Milan side, Striker Dembele won the Balon'dor

Man City - 22/23 - Dominated every competition that year winning the treble, beating Madrid and Bayern to beat Inter in the final

Real Madrid - 21/22 - Beat Liverpool, Chelsea and an extremely star-studded PSG (Messi, Neymar, Mbappe super team) to win the UCL, featured than reigning Balon'dor winner Karim Benzema

Chelsea - 20/21 - Probably the most underrated UCL winners of recent times, only conceding 4 goals in the UCL that season

Bayern Munich - 19/20 - Trashed Barcelona in a historical 8-2 victory despite Barcelona featuring Messi, Suarez and Busquets. Trashed Chelsea 7-1 before and beat Neymar and Mbappe's PSG in the final, the most dominating Champions League winners I've seen

Liverpool - 18/19 - Probably the best Liverpool squad featuring the deadly attacking trio Salah, Mane and Firmino, also having the best defence of Robertson, Van Dijk, Trent, Matip and Allison

Real Madrid - 17/18 - The year Cristiano Ronaldo scored the iconic bicycle kick against Juventus, featuring a Prime BBC (Bale, Benzema, Cristiano Ronaldo) and Modric, Casemiro Kroos in midfield, in what I think is the best squad of all time

Barcelona - 14/15 - In my opinion the best UCL winners of the era, featuring MSN, beat PSG, City and Bayern. The only Champions League Neymar and Suarez won and was Messi's last ever UCL victory

I keep seeing stronger lumbar support listed like it is automatically an upgrade. for me it usually means the chair feels great for an hour and starts annoying the hell out of me by lunch.

I will begin the day sitting upright, then gradually lean toward the screen, shift to one side, or half recline during a call. the lumbar support stays planted in the exact same spot while the rest of me has moved somewhere else.

I started looking into chairs with more flexible backrests and came across a review of the lavenne r9 pro. the interesting part was not that it had even stronger lumbar support, but that the whole design seemed built around supporting different positions instead of one correct posture.

anyone else dealing with the same thing? are you just quietly putting up with it, or did you actually find a better solution?

I am shooked

Hi everyone, I really need help because I’m genuinely exhausted and stressed at this point. No matter what bra I try, it never feels like it actually holds my boobs. It just feels like it’s sitting there as a cover. My boobs keep moving around like jelly and I don’t feel supported at all. I generally use 32 B and C (padded styles) since i cant find big cups in small band size and i get spillage at the top and sides. Also the band feels tight but at the same time I can still stretch it a lot and even fit my hand inside when it’s on the tightest hook. I am 24 f . I am very petite so my band size is very small but as compared to that my bust is huge.

30 D or 30DD would fit me i think but i cant find any options online . Even if i get 30 D its not underwired or not full coverage and one brand i found anyhow in myntra and omg the cup was so small being 30D. Please help me out where to find my size bra
