BP boosting at encounter start

I know of the Merchant class' Boost Start which gives 1 BP. But is there any other? Like equipment or something?

I basically want to have a character at max BP with A Step Ahead to use Bifelgan's Bounty immediately every encounter. Is it possible?

I love the difference between Rodya and Valencina's evade sprites

Valencina looks so much more focused and relaxed, like she's actually taking a smoke break right in the middle of a fight

While Rodya looks like she's actively thinking about where to stab you where it would hurt the most
