lowk it's kinda sad how i started making characters just lately... like literally just a week ago and people loved them, two of my first characters were on the trending page but suddenly as a finished my third character the changes had already happened and had to stop making characters

annoying hiss while recording with neural dsp plugins

i had a beheringer um2 interface and the noise on it was so annoying so i thought mayhe the issue was from the interface but when i got a new blackstar polar go the hiss only reduced a bit and when amplified it gets annoying, even when i decrease the input in my interface to 0 or unplug my guitar the hissing is still there and does not go away, i just wanna know if the issue is from my laptop or interface? and do i need a di-box or an usb isolator? (no its not guitar hum i switch from single coil to humbucker and even unplug my guitar but the hissing is still there!)

EDIT: im now deciding to sell it, i have a budget of under 200$, what should i buy? im thinking about am audient id4
