Oversteeping?
Is it possible to "over-steep" one's tea? I know you can steep it for not long enough, but I was wondering if it can be steeped for too long as well, if that would also cause adverse effects.
I'm very new to tea.

I've been wanting a poster of that table of symbols for some time. I was thrilled when I spotted this metal placard for $20 USD! Then as soon as I saw the 4 elements and 4 qualities pendant at another booth, I just knew I needed it and snagged the Cabalistic tree of life pendant as well, for a total of $50 USD. The shop also had some cool recreations of historical astrolabes and sextants and such.
It was such a treat!
