I currently have Xfinity Mobile service and am porting out to Verizon. Was told by VZ port center my number won't be released until July 2 by Xfinity. Seems like an excessively long time. Any way to push this through?

I'm porting in to VZW from Xfinity mobile. When I called the port center at VZ, they said they are showing a date of July 2 at noon for my number to be released. Said it was a reseller account.

I guess this is normal? Is there no way to speed this up?

If I sign up as a new customer and choose phone only, do I have a period of time to change to simplicity Pro?

I’m looking for help with my xfinity mobile account. I recently performed an upgrade but don’t like the phone and would like to return it. I’ve only had it for 3 days. I did not activate it yet. I did not return my current phone.

I understand a restocking fee may apply but can you help me initiate this return?

Does stores carry the z fold 7 or is that a device you need typically order online?

Hey all - I used to use Fitbit but it’s been quite a number of a years. Just got a brand new charge 6 and noticed that the distance Fitbit shows I traveled during the day is higher than what the health app in iOS shows. For example, today the health app showed 3.7 miles but Fitbit shows 4.1.

Is that a normal discrepancy? Any settings I should tinker with?
