Is "Self-Therapy Workbook" by Bonnie J Weiss a good addition to the eponymous "Self-Therapy" by Jay Earley?

I've already purchased Self-Therapy by Jay Early but I noticed a separate workbook, by an author who wasn't Jay Earley, getting similar praises on Amazon. I'd love to hear thoughts on it from people who have used both books in their journey

Does anybody else have a weirdly good memory despite their ADHD?

How common is it to have ADHD + a good ability to recall memories? To the point where people get thrown off by things that you're able to bring back up. E.g I was talking to my Aunty recently and brought up a niche detail of a memory from a family vacation that we all had together about 4-5 years ago, and she was noticeably shocked by it. I'm hung up on the whole memory thing because I always hear/read about other people with ADHD having trouble with memories, and I'm left wondering about my own diagnosis

I wish I'd discovered DSIP for sleep earlier

I've been struggling to get anything more than 3-5 hours of sleep for the half year due to Post Alcohol Withdrawal Syndrome, but I recently added DSIP into my recovery stack and I feel that my sleep has been even better than it was before I ever drank. I'm getting anywhere from 7-9 hours of sleep per night since getting DSIP - but even better is the return of my dreams. They're vivid and memorable now, something I haven't had for years, and it makes sleep that much more enjoyable than just a nightly neurological blackout

I also feel more and more mentally rejuvenated each day, with each 7-9hr night of sleep, as I cut through the sleep debt incurred from my PAWS-induced insomnia. I wouldn't even say DSIP is underrated atp, because I consider it as essential for recovery as BPC-157 and TB-500 were for repairing the physical damages to my body. I tried Epitalon, and it was very hit or miss, but DSIP has consistently given me what I've been looking for all this time

Don't do this if your insomnia is caused by sleep apnea or other physical obstructions btw, your body needs oxygen and is waking you up because it's starved

Iran-US Negotiations Collapse Before They Begin as Lebanon Strikes Spark Diplomatic Crisis

>Tehran [suspended] its delegation's planned trip to Switzerland in protest [of] Israeli strikes in southern Lebanon that it claims breach a key clause of a new memorandum of understanding.

>They claimed that the situation on the ground has already rendered the process 'void.'

>The US State Department has not commented on the matter.

Does university "prestige" still matter? WSU vs UTS in particular

I've recently become interested in pursuing a Bachelors after a Diploma, and I'm currently weighing up the benefits of a more generous RPL scheme + Cisco and AWS integration at Western Sydney University. This is compared to foregoing these benefits in order to have a "name-brand" degree from UTS. What's everyone's experience with how well a more "prestigious" degree gets their foot in the industry door?

Can my neighbours and I do anything about this consistent disturbance of the peace?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5LXN6E17Ue0

For the past 1.5 years, our street has been harassed and disturbed by former coworkers who had assumed that I had gotten them and their associates sacked from a workplace that was closing down. This lead to them finding out where I lived from an acquaintance and beginning this nonsense with the car horns that you can see in the youtube video for almost 2 years running. I'd only gotten cameras installed on the house for 1 year of it, and have collected dozens of clips of different cars committing to this stupid bit

Two tenants on our street have vacated entirely due to the persistent noise disturbances, and the landlord of one of those neighbouring properties began reporting the license plates of the offending cars from my former co-workers. You'd think this would convince them to stop, but it's only motivated them to find new associates to keep it up once they've been burned by my neighbour's reports

The offending party consists almost wholly of Pacific Islanders, and they've been leveraging their large families, local community, and even using work vehicles to constantly find fresh cars and drivers to keep this up

Is there any additional action we can take with police to levy heavier actions against new offenders, or to connect it all into an ongoing case? Every time they get reported, they tuck tail and send a different dog to pick up where the last one left off. The clip I uploaded was just from this morning, and last night alone

Is it possible to have a 'bad' synchronicity?

This is partially in response to another post here about synchronicities, without dredging mud through the post itself. I saw different post on a different sub about "not helping your case" and it reminded me of how, when every time I tried to do something of my own accord, it would seemingly coincide with my friend's actions and make me look/feel guilty by association of an act that I didn't do. These 'bad' synchronicities wear me down to a point where I don't feel like doing anything to avoid provoking any more negative developments with her

Will the sleep disturbances settle after resuming and readjusting to Vyvanse?

Yesterday I started taking Vyvanse again after a few months off for health reasons, and tonight was the first time in a few weeks that I haven't been able to get over 3-4hrs of sleep. It took me ages to get to sleep after a night of feeling "tired but wired", and I've been tossing and turning since 2AM trying to get back to sleep. I don't really wanna throw in the towel already because it felt like the Vyvanse seriously helped me out with work related stuff when I started taking it again yesterday

I'm easing myself back into it with 30mg that I took at 7-8AM, for reference
