This year I have not gotten a single allotment I guess my luck has run out. I sold all these right after listing except for NTPC Green which I'm still holding.

I received my ACCENTUM Plus today and I'm having several issues right out of the box.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known firmware issue, or does it sound like I received a defective unit? The headphones were delivered today and I am really disappointed with this experience.

The app says that headphones are already on the latest firmware
Factory reset
Re-paired the headphones
Issues:
Touch controls don't work after powering on the headphones.
To get them working, I have to open the Smart Control app and disable/re-enable touch controls.
Smart Pause / Auto Pause & Auto Play (wear detection) doesn't work at all. The sensor does work because when I place my finger in front of the sensor it does play/pause
Volume gestures only seem to work when audio is actively playing.
Audio playback, ANC, transparency mode, and Bluetooth connectivity all work normally.

Both are on sale right now on the Sennheiser official website. But Im confused between the two Accentum is around 7.7k and the plus is around 11.3k is it worth sending extra.
My budget is not that high and I just need something better than the plastic chair I'm currently using. Is this chair a good option?
I know my budget is very low but that's all I can afford right now. I just need something that's better than the current plastic chair i have rn. I don't really have any back issues or anything so I just need something to sit on that's more comfortable than a plastic chair.
I've been wearing the f91w almost everyday for 2 years and the strap broke due to wear and tear. I want to replace the strap with a nato strap but tbh my budget is tight. What's the cheapest strap that I can use with this watch ?
