I wanted to play Sonic '06 very much but it's barely playable so i installed Legacy of Solaris mod and other required mods and now the game won't launch at all. I set mod priority correctly, installed all other stuff (like khronos recourses) but still it won't launch. But i figured out that when downgrading game's xex to original one game launches but doesn't go past press start and select save location screens (crashes during loading). Anyone knows what can i do? Also project '06 doesn't have campaign and plot so I'm skipping it

Ik i checked the megathread, torrent website for some reason only has addons and internet archive downloads are unavailable and very slow. I could only think about vimm's lair but 2hrs for 6.48gb download is way too much

Yall seen what's going on with this sub, I texted moderator/creator of this sub to apply for moderation, it took him 4 days to reply with one message asking why i want that, i explained everything, now it's been maybe another 4 days, still no response or anything, this sub is unmoderated so it can be reported, and most likely banned, especially based on content posted there. If this post gets attention and this sub gets banned then I could make something like r/ChurchOfRyo2 or something like that

I launched Simpsons Hit & Run via webMAN (just mounted the iso, my fat is the ps2 compatible one), i was sitting in main menu for few minutes cause ate ice cream and then it beeped, scared the crap out of me, fans started spinning fast and loud af and power led blinked red/green. I got scared so powered off the console (via that menu that appears when holding the os button), didn't turn the console back on yet, gonna give it some time but turned off the switch on the back. What could've it been and is my console safe?

Edit: just got the console maybe 20 days ago, immediately cleaned it and changed the paste. Played a lot of games. Gta 5, finished portal 2, other ps2 games, it was fine

Edit 2: It booted normaly, blinked yellow 3 times, I finished the first level in Hit & Run (7 Story missions) and while saving it happened again

Edit 3: Prolly the GS chip is overheating, I ordered another thermo pad, now we wait

I opened the website, downloaded 4 games (Silent Hill's for PS1 and PS2) and now whatever page I open it's 404. Anyone got that? First time using this website

Right now I'm using random websites from Google like cdromance, romsfun but I don't think they're safe enough, they have too much ads and redirects and slow download speed

I installed my games onto ntfs drive (since fat32 has 4gb file size limit) via NPS app on pc, moved the games from ntfs drive to my fat32 flash (via irisman) and there they divided into smaller files (parts of original pkgs to fit fat32). Now I don't know how to install the games. Yea I can throw them to console's internal storage but I don't have another sata drive to change default 50gb. I could buy one but I had hard time installing cfw so I don't wanna do it again. Any more effective way. I've seen the ps3merge app but it can't merge the files because of fat32

I tried both flash and sd card, nope. Yeah they are fat32 with mbr partitioning, i used same sd to install system updates and it worked. I have webman and irisman pkgs there, i open package manager - install packages - *all of the options*, no packages found

Also when opening explorer in HB settings (in network collumn) and selecting those pkgs there's no options to do anything. No unavailable text or sum, its just blank

I flashed the memory of my CECHC console and then started installing the EviNAT. When installation reached 100% console powered off and didn't turn back on. When I turn it on myself it glows green for around 7 seconds and turn back off. I tried doing something in safe mode but I get the 8002F281 error (something with SATA disk, I have to create a 30gb partition and leave 25gb unallocated space to fix it, not sure how it works, I leaved a link). After that of course I get my console reset. After fixing it I install OFW again, then HFW, flash the memory install EvilNAT and same error again and I can't do anything about it. How do I fix that?

Update: Looks like I patched/flashed NOR instead of NAND, probably the reason. Gonna test it tomorrow

Update 2: It did work! Console didn't shut down that way and proceeded with CFW's installation. This time I installed it via Safe Mode instead of XMB
